Owen was a Welsh pony who had been at FBF since 1999! He was 12 hands, strawberry roan in color and at the time of his passing, was the oldest horse at FBF. We didn't know his exact age but knew he was at least 37!

 

Owen was a friendly, spunky pony who lived in the “pony condo” next to the main barn and was the official mascot of FBF. He loved to roll in the dirt and lay in the sun.

 

Owen was our birthday party star, and was always our campers' first choice to dress up and was great at introducing small children to horses.
